The Associate Pastor will partner closely with the Lead Pastor, Leadership Team, and Pastoral Staff to strategically advance FCC's vision of creating a local and global sanctuary where families can Be Loved, Belong, and Believe. This key leadership role is designed to equip, mentor, and inspire our team and congregation for effective local and global ministry.

  • Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

Engagement Process

This thorough and interactive process is designed to provide both FCC and candidates with an opportunity to explore this partnership in-depth:

  1. Initial Conversations: Quarterly Zoom sessions with the Lead Pastor to discuss ministry philosophy, leadership vision, and expectations.
  2. Personal Meetings: At least two on-site visits to engage with FCC's Leadership Team and Pastoral Staff.
  3. Strategic Discussions: Collaborative conversations on ministry strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
