Trinity Church, located in Lubbock, Texas is looking for a dynamic, experienced leader to lead our Trinity Life team.
We are a Spirit-filled, non-denominational Church made up of people from many different backgrounds. Our diverse congregation has seen over 60 years of impact and ministry in the city of Lubbock.
The Trinity Life Pastor is someone who fulfills the following job duties while managing execution, building collaborative relationships, optimizing diverse talent, and influencing people. Additionally, this person should exemplify authenticity, initiative, complex decision-making, and a focus on performance.
Responsible for the following areas: Dream Team (volunteers), Church Database (TouchPoint), Guest Experience, Connections, and Discipleship

Strong candidates which offer the following qualifications will be considered: Degree preferred. Minimum 5yrs job related experience preferably non-profit environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) with the ability to learn new applications. Experience managing database information and software. Required to make small group presentations and take the lead in orienting all volunteer associates. Requires managerial, organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy. Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various issues, and prioritize work. Work requires continual attention to detail, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on direct end-user interaction. Must be a team player, with a strong desire to collaborate with others. A motivated self-starter with the ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and set priorities without direct supervision. Able to build and lead teams across multiple departments.
