DWC was launched almost 25 years ago and exists to Reach People and Build Lives across the Emerald Coast of Northwest Florida. We do that by helping people meet and know Jesus as their Lord, equipping them to explore their calling, develop in their gifting, and to reach the people in their world for the Kingdom of God.
We are currently looking to add a Campus Pastor to join the incredible team at Destiny Worship Center.

About the Campus Pastor:
Destiny Worship Center is seeking to hire a talented individual to fulfill the role of Campus Pastor at one of our campuses. The Campus Pastor is responsible for representing and executing the mission and vision of Destiny Worship Center. They serve as the campus's primary communicator and leader, ensuring the development of the campus staff and leadership of the volunteer team. The Campus Pastor embodies, protects, and furthers the core values and culture of Destiny Worship Center.
The Campus Pastor's Responsibilities Include:
Actively promote church culture through services, events and small groups.
Regularly preach weekend messages aligning with church teaching map.
Weekly campus staff meetings.
Ensure the standard of excellence for all ministry environments and all campus communication.
Actively develop leaders on volunteer teams and small groups.
Manage the campus budget.
Adhere to all Destiny Worship Center systems and protocols.
Endeavor to build and maintain a healthy relationship with regional staff.
Regularly participate in Pastoral Care.

Our region is affectionately called the "Emerald Coast," named after our signature white sand, turquoise waters, as well as other natural occurrences, like dune lakes and the nearby barrier islands. Bridging Denominations
Part of our ministry philosophy is to build on our heritage, not abandon it. At Destiny Worship Center, we embrace the term “interdenominational.” People from all denominations can feel welcome at our church. “We desire for every person to understand that they belong, regardless of the church background.” As we encounter God, we believe in Him and behave according to His word. We do not believe God is looking for reasons to exclude people. His nature is to include people. The best common ground we all have is that we believe in Jesus, believe in what He did for us, and love Him with everything within us. This part of our vision is best demonstrated in our worship services.
Making Disciples
Jesus’ command was for us to “go and make disciples.” Our passion at Destiny is not only to make believers, but also to make disciples. We want to see people become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ. We live out this value in a variety of ways; through our Growth Track, Small Groups, weekend services and ministries.
Building Families
Building families remains one of the top priorities at Destiny Worship Center. We believe a strong church is measured by the strength of the families that form it. At Destiny Worship Center, we offer a number of ministries geared towards strengthening families and the relationships between families.
Transforming Communities
Transforming communities is another focus of our spiritual family. We transform our communities by exercising goodness, generosity, and love to those outside of the church through local and global missions. We also embody this value by planting churches. Whether we plant a campus in our local region or abroad in countries like Kenya and Brazil, our desire is to see communities transformed. We currently have locations in Destin, Freeport, Crestview, Panama City Beach, Fort Walton Beach, FL, and Kenya.
