- Synopsis of Role
Pastor the Worship community of Grace Church through leadership in worship services, development and mentoring of vocalists and musicians on the Worship Team. As well as supervision and implementation of all media related needs of Grace Church including graphic art, sound, lighting, editorial, advertising, bulletins, and Church calendar.
- Principal Responsibilities
- Lead all worship services at Grace Church
• Meet with Executive Pastor and/or the Senior Pastor weekly for layout of both Services.
• Pastor, disciple, equip, empower and direct the vocalists and musicians of the Worship Team.
• Develop and oversee training for vocalists, musicians, sound, lighting and media.
• Develop the “community” of the worship team relationally through special gatherings and opportunities.
• Evaluate and communicate with individuals desiring to be involved on the worship team.
• Recruit and train vocalists and musicians for future growth.
• Oversee and produce elements for special events such as seasonal productions.
MEDIA:
- Oversee all aspects of media for Grace Church
- Meet with Executive Pastor weekly to ensure updates are planned and executed.
Support other ministries of Grace Church by:
- Teaching Leadership and Training classes when requested.
- Supervise and schedule all related media needs in all departments, executing realistic estimates of outcomes, timelines, and budgets.
- Ensure quality of all print, graphic design and or other related material.
