Men's Program Administrator

His Mansion is a Christ-centered residential recovery center in rural, New Hampshire. We have been ministering to the broken and hurting for more than 50 years. We serve men and women who are seeking healing in the context of community by the hope and power of Jesus Christ.

The Men's Program Administrator (PA) is first and foremost a ministry position. He is responsible for assisting Residents and Servant Leaders, but also for modeling Christ-like behavior and for leading others in further pursuit of relationship with Jesus Christ through daily life. All employees, including the Men's PA, are expected to be available to pray with and spiritually guide Residents and Servant Leaders; cultivate genuine relationships; and to particpate in a regular time of community worship and prayer. 

Duties include: Maintaining, managing, and monitoring the Men's Residential program. Train, supervise, and monitor Servant Leaders. Plan, schedule and direct all Resident and Servant Leader activities. Coordinate with Resident sponsors, Resident families, and medical providers as needed for Resident support and assistance. Work closely with the Intake Coordinator for Resident candidate review and pre-arrival communication. Manage and monitor Resident and Servant Leader program discipline as needed. Faciliate and instruct Resident classes. Collaborate with Counseling and other Program staff regarding Resident care. Other tasks as assigned. 

Desired Candidates would have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in ministry, preferrably working with those in addiction recovery, counseling, or pastoral care. Applicants should be equipped to speak in front of groups, have strong adminstrative and organizational skills, relate to others using appropriate language and healthy boundries, have a daily walk with God and work well in a team environment. This position requires the 24/7 available for Resident emergencies. The ability to lift 50 pounds, walk 1 mile unassisted, and endure New England seasons will be appropriate considerations for this position.

Compensation is a Hybrid model including pay and housing. Candidates may raise personal ministry support to supplement their compensation.
