We run about 100 members and are finacially stable we are looking for a shepard to lead us into the future to keep this church alive for the community. we have a ladies Bible study on Wed Mornings and a mens Bible study 7pm Wed night. We need a teen group to be formed asap also have a nursary for 0 to 3 year olds we also provide Sunday School classes for women, men,and young couples as well as children we worship at 1030 Sunday mornings that is live on youtube also as well as loaded to our website. Our building is up to date newley painted and bright large meeting area still in need of a little updating that we are tackling
We are looking for a pastor 35 - 50 years old to have that vision for people and can lead his flock to reach out and grow this church. We have a parsonage for the family and many ammenities as well as the salary above

Our church was formed in 1893 as First Baptist Church of Dover NJ We have a 10 Acre plot of land with a building that has no mortgage and beautiful grounds. The building has been updated in the past three years and still have a few projects that need compleating. our average attendance is around 75 but our roles have about 100 members and several attendees. We have a three bedroom parsonage in desirable White Meadow Lake Community in Rockaway Township. It has many amenaties such as boating fishing swimming and tennis courts as well as ballfields. We are LOCATED IN ROCKAWAY TOWNSHIP AND OUR MAILING ADDRESS IS DOVER NEW JERSEY we are located in Morris county NJ with a total population of 510,000 people. We are in need of a pastor with a vison to lead us into the future and grow the church bringing the young families that reside around our building. Finacially we are totally stable and willing to reach out to the community.
