Job Type: Full-Time
Employee Workplace: Unspecified
Job Description:

We are looking for a talented, engaging, and dynamic worship leader who works well with teams to create meaningful worship encounters for Grace faith community on a weekly basis engaging a variety of the arts.  Grace is a multigenerational church with many young families as well as empty nesters, and currently we have two contemporary services and an intimate traditional service. With a commitment to reaching the younger generations, we are designing a change in one of our contemporary services to something aimed at connecting to the hearts of 17-29 year olds. It is not uncommon for us to sing Hillsong, Bethel, Elevation, or Chris Tomlin songs, and our children’s worship dance ministry enhances our worship experiences periodically.

Being in tune with and able to be led by the Holy Spirit, this leader with the heart of a pastor will shepherd the hearts of those serving in the Worship Arts Ministry and will develop worshipers through all ages and stages of life. In our pursuit of helping people follow Jesus passionately, and knowing that many connect more through music than sermons, we desire to intentionally connect hearts to the heart of the Father through engaging worship encounters. Above all we aim to make disciples of Jesus who are worshipers on mission with God making a difference in this world.

Here at Grace, our mission is described as "Becoming a Church of Christ-followers who: Love God, Love Others and Change the World". Our doors are wide open to people from all backgrounds. Together, we’re striving to become the kind of church described in the Bible – a church with relevant teaching, heart-felt worship, honest friendships, constant prayer, and compassionate care for those in need. In short, we’d like to have the kind of contagious Christianity that can influence and encourage the entire community, one life at a time.
