Design, build, and own various services and APIs—from their conception to production and maintenance.
Solve unique problems as you work between customer, product, and infrastructure.
Create simple, clean code to power new product features, as well as refactor and improve existing code when things get a little too hairy.
You have:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
Fluent in several software languages, preferably JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, HTML, CSS, XML, and RSS.
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
Object Oriented Programming.
Familiar with callbacks, event handlers, and functional programming.
Experience debugging scripts in browser.
Created great software with polished interfaces on mobile devices (iOS or Android) and Web (with Angular and React).
An understanding of API design, distributed back-end systems, and containers.
A deep desire to make excellent software for the glory of God and the benefit of his global church.
