Fellowship Bible Church has established a quickly growing campus in a multiethnic neighborhood (1/3 African American, 1/3 Hispanic, 1/3 White & other). We are looking for a passionate individual to fill a Worship/Discipleship Director full-time position. The potential candidate would be someone who desires to serve God in the community through this critical role. They would have previous experience in a multi-ethnic setting, some biblical training, and experience in discipling new followers of Jesus Christ both one-on-one and in a group setting.
