The Treasurer is responsible for facilitating development of an annual budget for the operations within Uganda, and for presenting monthly spending versus budget analysis to the Administrator and the Local Management Committee. The Treasurer investigates
potential opportunities to reduce costs across the operation in Uganda and presents recommendations to the Administrator.
The Development Coordinator is responsible to work with the GICF staff in Uganda in developing overall strategies for expansion and development of our orphan care facilities in Uganda. The Development Coordinator is responsible to develop specific cost estimates
as requested for specific projects and to evaluate options and scenarios to better meet the requirements or reduce the costs. The Development Coordinator is also responsible for engineering design, materials procurement, project planning, and execution of
all construction activities.
