Group’s Lifetree Adventures Team has an opening for a Project Manager who strives for excellence in their work and has an affinity for camp mission experiences. Lifetree Adventures creates mission experiences for youth and families both domestically and internationally. This position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of long-term relationships with local partners of Group Lifetree Adventures, as well as managing all logistical aspects of the camp experience. The successful candidate will have experience with project management, home construction, supervising, and budgeting.
The candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, process-oriented, organized, flexible and quick to learn new systems and technology. In addition, the candidate must be a dynamic professional with 3-5 years of experience planning, coordinating and tracking projects and 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Mission Trip/Camps experience is beneficial.
