Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

 

  • Manage all aspects of an order (order entry, sourcing, returns, expediting)
  • Competent in understanding products and sourcing strategies
  • Ability to multi-task and work quickly between multiple order systems with suppliers
  • Ability to resolve customer and supplier issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Quickly embraces and learns new technology and processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage emotional situations with customers and suppliers
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Actively participate with team members to achieve company goals

Education/Experience

Bachelors degree in Business or a related field

High computer literacy including Microsoft Office, social media platforms and the ability to learn retail systems

Internship experience is highly desired
