The Chief Development Officer is a Uganda based role, serving to oversee and direct all aspects of the ministry related to donor relations. This person would be responsible for defining and leading systems for marketing, communications, sponsorship, short
term missions teams, and guesthouses. He or she would serve as a liaison between the organization in Uganda and the organization in the USA, and would work in tandem with the NHUM President to insure that donors and ministry partners receive excellent communication
and care.
