Worship Pastor

About the Position:

As the worship leader for this community, this person must be a Jesus-centered disciple and have a deep biblical knowledge and a good understanding of the worship of the Church.

The worship leader would lead our four Timberlake Campus weekend services, organize rehearsals for band and singers, oversee the entire worship ministry, including music, video, lighting, creative elements.  The worship pastor is responsible for providing care and discipleship for the 60-75 worship ministry volunteers and provide support for weekend worship experience coordinators at other campuses including online and micro-campuses.  This position will work closely with the campus pastor and reports directly to the lead / teaching pastor.
