Education and Experience:
|
- Degree in design or related field
- Two plus years of professional experience in graphic design or related field preferred
|

Position Requirements:
Skill Requirements:
|
- Time flexibility as the position will require weekend hours regularly and evening hours on occasion
- Availability to work onsite at Ginghamsburg’s Tipp City Campus
- Understand Mac computer operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with Mac-based Adobe Creative Suite. Specifically, any combination of the following: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After effects, Lightroom.
- Familiarity with web design or 3D modeling software is a bonus.
- Photo and video editing skills are a bonus.
- Media production support experience for live events a plus.
- Ability to work well in a team-based, high productivity environment.
- Excellent listening skills and works well with others to understand the dream/requirements of project requesters.
- Committed to learning and deploying the Ginghamsburg “DNA,” cultural language, documentation/style standards and ministry branding.
- Concern for process and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with, train, mentor and empower unpaid servants for Kingdom work.
- Ability to accept critique, feedback from internal clients/ministry areas and tips for improvement with an open mind.

Responsibilities:
|
- Team with the creative visual arts team to create print and screen material that support the needs of ministry based on internal client/ministry requirements.
- Build creative material to bring life to the ideas of others.
- Generate creative solutions that effectively solve ministry design/communication problems.
- Work well in both team and individual environments.
- Work on projects like the following (but not limited to): brochures, direct mail, product packaging, posters, letterhead, promotional items, signage, worship series branding, posters, social media art and other creative marketing.
- Take successful photos.
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and work within product specs, timelines and budget as required.
- Manage vendor-outsourced print projects (quotes, file prep and proof approvals).
- Serve on assigned weekend days (or for special events) with the worship live production team (lights, camera, Mac operation, switcher, directing, etc.)
