Job Summary:
The Director of Expansion and Development is a full-time, salaried position offered with benefits to qualifying candidates demonstrating the expertise, experience, and aptitude for the position.
Primary Functions:
1. Expand the number of churches who identify themselves as members of the New Heart Ministries Network.
2. Oversee development of a web-based training platform.
3. Collaborate with the President-Executive Director in mentoring the directors of new churches added to the New Heart Ministries Network.
4. Develop an annual fundraising strategy and donor care plan.
Qualifications and Skills
The Director of Expansion and Development will be a self-initiating professional with proven initiative and demonstrated success in cultivating and developing partnerships with the leadership of local churches, like-minded ministries, and faith-based organizations. The DED will develop a manage a broad base of fundraising strategies.
