Forum of Christian Leaders

The Forum of Christian Leaders (FOCL) exists to unite, equip, and resource global evangelical leaders toward the end of world evangelism and the renewal of the biblical church. FOCL's ministry consists of four components:

European Leadership Forum (ELF) Annual Meeting: Held each year in Wisla, Poland, this weeklong event gathers hundreds of evangelical leaders from 45 countries for corporate worship, small-group training, one-on-one mentoring, and fellowship. Each participant is a member of one of the 26 Networks that provide specialized training for leaders in a variety of fields, including but not limited to: Bible teaching, politics, science, and youth ministry.

Forum Initiatives: These spiritual and leadership development opportunities provide intensive, specialized training for small groups of hand-selected evangelical leaders.

Forum Movement: Each year, ELF participants lead hundreds of local and regional events that provide specialized training in their own countries, in their own languages. The vast number of these strategies (95%) are organized by ELF participants without direct FOCL involvement. Example:

Forum Global: These strategies share Europe’s leadership lessons with the global church and include: the FOCL Online Library, webinars, and global strategies.
