Residential Manager

The Columbus Girls Academy is looking for energetic, highly motivated, responsible, and mature individuals looking to become life-changing mentors for at-risk teen girls. Driven by faith, it is through these life on life relationships that residential staff are able to communicate wisdom, direction, hope, and encouragement to hurting teen girls. At CGA, you will be part of a passionate and supportive ministry team where you will grow through a life-changing community and hands-on ministry. This is a live-in position.

Candidates preferably have:

• a good driving record

• a Bachelors degree in related fields such as youth ministry, biblical counseling, psychology, social work

• or successful experience working with youth

• a pastoral reference

You bring a calling and the heart to serve teen girls and their families and we will provide the training and the tools to fulfill that calling.
