We are looking for a spirit-filled, dependable, hard working pastor who has the ability to both lead in music and pastor people as an associate pastor.
Some of the Tasks:
1. Leading a worship team and congregation on Sunday Mornings in experiencing the presence of God.
2. Have the heart and calling to love and pastor people.
3. Lead and Teach in a Small Group.
4. To develop and operate all the technical (Audio/Video) needs of a church.
5. Arrange a schedule for Musicians, Audio Techs & Media Techs
6. Train additional Musicians, Audio Techs & Media Techs.
7. Have a basic understanding of creative software (Photoshop, Audio Editing, Video Editing)
8. Have the heart and calling to love and pastor people.
Note: We are looking for someone who has had experience in a staff position as a Worship Pastor.
*Bible College Degree and Assemblies of God Credentials are a plus.
