Children’s Minister: Are you looking for a service opportunity to allow you to touch the hearts of children from troubled backgrounds? Watersprings Ranch is currently looking for quality Christian couples to work with us as we administer God’s love and grace to children from abused, neglected, or troubled backgrounds.
As an In-House Minister at Watersprings Ranch you will live in a fully furnished family home provided by the Ranch. Ministers are on duty 28 consecutive days and then receive 6 consecutive days of time off. During the time off, ministers are allowed to stay in the home while the children move to our "relief" home for those 6 days.
In-House Ministers receive a combined salary, housing, and utilities. In addition, other benefits such as a group health insurance, dental and vision insurance, and various other benefits are offered.

Watersprings Ranch is a Christian organization that provides homes for children in need. Since 1989, Watersprings Ranch has provided caring, family oriented homes for children from abused, neglected and troubled backgrounds. We emphasize the importance of a personal relationship with Christ and study of God's word daily. We provide onsite education for the children as well as a transitional living program to assist them as they grow up and move into their college or career paths. Though we are licensed by the State of Arkansas to ensure the highest level of accountability, we are completely funded through various donors. We are actively seeking quality christian couples to come along side us as we minister to the children that God has entrusted us with.
