Salem Web Network, LLC is looking for a Programmatic Ad Operations Coordinator to join its Richmond, VA office. The Programmatic Ad Ops Coordinator will assist the Ad Ops team to optimize ad yield and performance across our web and app properties. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital advertising and an understanding of current web technologies.
Responsibilities:
Extensive performance analysis, testing and optimization to maximize revenue
Work with Development, Operations and Brand management teams to facilitate analytics, reports and optimizations
Source and evaluate new demand relationships
Troubleshoot header bidding and server-to-server demand integrations
Maintain Ad Quality and respond to User Experience issues
Manage and traffic campaigns in Google’s Doubleclick for Publishers (DFP)
Will report to the Executive Director of Operations
Requirements:
BA/BS in related field
Strong analytic background with problem solving skills and critical thinking ability
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, etc)
Experience working with large data sets
Ability to work in fast-paced and urgent environment
Ability to pick up new technology skills quickly
Basic HTML/Javascript knowledge or ability to learn
Strong attention to detail
