Salem Media Group in Hawaii is looking for a full-time Show Producer/Board Operator for various live or recorded programs. One of the main responsibilities of this position is as the producer for The Mike Buck Show on AM 690 & 94.3 FM, The ANSWER. Hours required are Monday – Friday 5:00am – 1:30pm. Duties for The Mike Buck Show include screening listener calls, downloading and editing audio clips for use by the host, prepping in-studio guests, updating breaking news stories and working closely with the host to create a professional, content-rich conservative morning talk show.
This position also includes assisting in other areas important to the overall operation of the Salem Hawaii group of stations. Additional responsibilities include downloading content into the automation system, pre-recording various shows, light production and monitoring all Salem Hawaii stations as required, both on air and by visually inspecting daily program logs.
