Job Description:

SFC is seeking qualified maintenance/custodial staff. Qualified candidates must have the skills to perform a wide range of light maintenance and cleaning tasks. Candidates must also have the ability to move trash and trash receptacles and perform repetitive movements such as sweeping. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be able to perform physical labor both indoors and outdoors including:

•  General building maintenance
•  Grounds maintenance
•  Ability to complete minor repairs and maintenance
•  Lighting, including emergency lights
•  Plumbing
•  Air conditioning
•  Painting

These individuals may also be asked to train as substitute bus drivers.
