Job Announcement - Full Time Assistant Pastor
The Senior/Founding Pastor and Elder team request your prayers and consideration to join our ministry as full time Assistant Pastor at Brookside Ministries Church.
We are established 30 years as a charismatic, non-denomination bible centered church embracing the five-fold ministry. Located on a main highway, financially secure, Elder team leadership, other staff/full and part time in Family Counseling, Worship, Youth, Children's Church and other community ministries.
Located in beautiful Shamokin Dam, Pennsylvania 50 miles north of PA capital Harrisburg in the scenic Susquehanna River Valley, near two universities, excellent schools both private/Christian and public nearby. About a three-hour drive from Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and New York City.
Overview: The Assistant Pastor works under the supervision of the Senior Pastor, and oversight of the Elder Team, to come alongside the Senior Pastor to help grow the church body, provide leadership in the ongoing development and implementation of ministries that fit the vision and goals of the whole church focused on developing and sustaining relationships with God and the church.
Salary to commensurate with education/experience, focused on Youth ministries but assist the Senior Pastor with other duties as well.
