Multi-Language Media Coordinator
Primary Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to fulfill the day to day needs of the department in serving customers and ensuring that their needs for Multi-Language Christian Resources are met.
Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls from customers
- Responding to website and email inquiries
- Creating invoices, packing slips and any other documents needed for processing orders
- Researching the availability of products from vendors all over the world
- Ordering products from these same vendors
- Maintaining accurate data on inventory and doing inventory counts as needed
- Ensuring that all products are properly identified and in their right shelf locations
- Keeping the MLM section of the warehouse neat, clean and organized
- Picking orders when necessary
- Preparing orders for shipment when necessary
- Processing payments from customers
- Communicating with customers about late payments
- Working with marketing and sales to grow this department and maintain a catalog and website
- Investigate and contact potentially interested bookstores; universities; and foreign organizations located in the USA, to make known our resources.
Requirements:
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Ability to focus and high attention to detail
- Pleasant personality and “people oriented”
- Able to work independently and to multi-task
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience and comfort in being able to market and sell products
