Harvest Publications Office Assistant

This important Arlington Heights, Illinois based position demands an outgoing person who is willing to provide exceptional customer service to all customers of Harvest Publications and constituents of Converge.  Customer service experience would be very desirable as well as good organizational and data entry skills.   This position would answer phone calls and process orders, credits, refunds and handle all customer inquiries.  They would also enter product data, process invoices, and assist the Director of Harvest Publications with various tasks. This is a part time position averaging 25 hours per week.  Additional hours may be required to cover the phone periodically.
