Manager of Operations:

Looking for a dedicated, mature Christian with excellent customer service skills. Passion for working with customers and suppliers. Thrives in a fast moving, high growth environment. Proven leader and team builder. 

Will work on in-sourcing back-office operations – order processing and returns management. Hire, train and oversee back office team. Additional responsibilities will include working with HR consultant to set hiring and employee policies.

 

Orders

  1. Processing orders
  2. Orders are shipped from manufacturers, distributors or 3 warehouses.
  3. Update tracking once the order is shipped

 

Returns

1. Manage returns process

2. Submit returns request to the manufacturer or distributor

3.  Ensure credit is processed or replacement is shipped once return is sent back
