While Vanderbloemen can staff any position at any size Christian organization, the bulk of our work is made up of searches for senior level staff. Searches involving Senior Pastor succession are an area of particular expertise. Vanderbloemen Search Group is seeking a Copywriter that will primarily support the Consultant Team and will be a critical addition to the team. He or she will be part-researcher and part-writer. They will help the consultant paint a word picture for what life will be like for a future staff member working at the organization, living in that community, and how the position will help further the mission and vision of the church.
The Copywriter must have a pleasant attitude, be a systematic worker, and possess an insatiable attention to detail. The successful candidate will likely have experience working or volunteering in a church or para-church ministry with a diverse understanding of church and denominational differences. Proven experience in research writing, creative writing, problem solving, and organizational development are needed. The Copywriter must be proficient in word processing on a Mac, passionate about grammar accuracy, and have an eye for readability through effective document formatting. A writing portfolio should be submitted along with a resume.
