Online for life is seeking a compassionate part-time customer service agent to help women who are facing an unplanned pregnancy to receive all of the testing and information they need to save their baby’s life. This individual will be scheduled to work mostly evenings and weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls
Utilize the CRM database (Salesforce)
Listen attentively
Set appointments
Minimum Qualifications:
Passionately aligned with the mission and vision of Online for Life
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, able to multitask and goal focused
Service oriented
Excellent computer skills
Able to work in a team environment
Adaptable to change
Sales experience preferred
Background in counseling, pro-life, crisis center helpful
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
