The position focuses on connecting with church customers that are interested in attending a Workcamp, Week of Hope, or International Youth Ministry service trip. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate at least two years of successful direct phone sales experience, have a thorough knowledge of sales techniques, be self-motivated and passionate and be able to exceed established sales goals. The successful candidate will spend their day connecting with youth ministry leaders through outbound calls and emails. Ability to sit at a desk, work on a computer, view a monitor, type on a keyboard and wear a headset for 8 hours a day is required. College education and strong computer skills helpful.
