Position: Full-Time 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour based on experience, full-time benefits available
Open Date: Immediately
Description: Perform daily general clerical duties to include, but are not limited to, answering incoming calls, greeting customers, mailing and filing; providing administrative support to the Sales Department with customer service, price quotes and other sales and marketing-related matters; reviewing job order sheets and preparing estimates.
Opportunities: Daily prayer, Christian Devotion, friendship opportunities and community outreach is available daily to all employees at Trinity Worldwide Reprographics.
Requirements: A thorough knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is required and experience in QuickBooks is a plus; excellent multi-tasking abilities as well as the desire to see a task through to completion; strong written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail is a MUST. Also must be able to work independently and take initiative as well as be a team player who understands the importance of doing things with excellence and efficiency; willingness to do what it takes to get a job done.
