Founded in 1985, and having moved into our present facility in 2001, we are just beginning a building campaign to complete the education wing, and are in the initial phases of becoming a multi-site ministry.  

We are seeking a Youth Pastor to oversee our ministry to Jr. and Sr. High students who can fully embrace our vision, and partner alongside of us.  The position involves strategic oversight of the youth ministry, teaching Sunday morning, coordination of events and outreaches, and providing leadership to a dedicated team of volunteers.  We are committed to being a "priesthood of all believers", and equipping the saints is a priority to us, as we seek leaders to serve on our staff. 

We are praying for a candidate whose life evidences a love for Christ, who holds scripture in the highest regard, and is excited to partner with the local church in the work of the Gospel.  A candidate’s character should be in keeping with the character expectations of an elder or deacon as found in 1 Timothy 3.  

Additional Qualifications include:

• Experience working, or serving in a multi-staff church
• Proven background leading people
• Gifted in recruiting and training of youth and adult volunteers
• Ability to teach from the Word in ways suited for youth ministry
• 5+ years working or volunteering with youth ministry. 
• Undergraduate degree/certification in youth ministry or related field is preferable.

Salary and benefits are commensurate with experience and qualifications.
