- provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of improvement
- provide information about available financing or payment options
- provide timely proposals and follow – up (next step)
- maintain sales records
Education and Experience
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- knowledge of customer service principles and processes
- knowledge of sales principles
- experience in a customer service or sales environment
