This person would be responsible for handling warranty claims in an assigned community. This person needs to love people and have a passion for solving problems with a team. This position works directly with customers, subcontractors, and various vendors.

Major Responsibilities:
Ability to make scheduled visits with customers each day to diagnose various homeowner issues
Communicate with customers in a way that makes them feel valued and taken care of
Work with subcontractors and various vendors to resolve issues that customers are
dealing with
Create work orders and make sure that they are completed correctly and accurately

Benefits:
Base + Bonus: $40,000-$46,000 total compensation
Bonus Structure: Up to $400/month depending on percentage of work orders closed
