Ichthys IT Services, Inc. is a Systems Integrator/VAR located in western Massachusetts. For 22 years, we have been servicing the IT needs of small and medium sized companies throughout southern New England. We are currently looking for a Systems Admin and/or a Support Engineer. This position would be for our helpdesk and also to troubleshoot various on-site technical issues for our clients. Good working knowledge of networks, PCs, and other basic IT systems required. Knowledge of servers, VMware, routers, MS Exchange, MS SQL, WordPress and other more advanced systems a definite plus.
The candidate must possess excellent problem solving skills and must also be able to work independently, with little to no supervision. Two to three years experience desired. Certifications are a plus. Candidate must demonstrate and maintain the highest level of integrity. Some day travel for on-site troubleshooting is required. Candidate must have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel (usually day trips only).
