Need:

We are looking for a Manager in Training for a Starkville Express Oil location. This person will be entered into the MIT (managers in training) program upon being hired and will be equipped to lead a full store unit within 7-12 months based on their training and potential. Business owner wants a strong leader who can confidently own the profits/losses, customer service, operations and the leadership development of a team to fully run a small business unit. The company values integrity, phenomenal customer service, and servant leadership. 

Role as a manager:

• Lead a team of anywhere from 6-12 men (depending on the size of the service center)- great life on life opportunity for impact

• Design training for the team weekly and lead team meetings

• Be responsible for delivering company culture to the Automotive Service Center

• Deliver phenomenal customer service through the team

• Be greatly supported by senior leadership who value their employees building people! 

Financial Opportunity:

• Year 1 $40,000-$50,000 (training year as a Manager- based on experience)

• Year 2 $45,000-$60,000 (As a Manager of a stand alone unit/ Based on Performance)
