Need:
We are seeking a Store Manager for a co-branded automotive service and sales location. This person will be expected to lead a high-revenue full store and be able to manage the tire operations as well. Alongside management duties, they will be expected to work alongside the team and lead the store in an efficient manner. Business owner wants a strong and proven leader who can confidently own the profits/losses, customer service, and leadership development of a small business unit. The company values integrity, phenomenal customer service, and servant leadership.
Required Experience:
- Past success in management and operations within the automotive industry.
- Proven success within the tire industry is preferred
Role as a Store Manager:
• Equipped to lead a location that experiences high volumes in both the oil change and tire sales/service avenues
• Lead a team of anywhere from 6-12 men (depending on the size of the service center)
• Design training for the team weekly and lead team meetings
• Be responsible for delivering company culture to the Automotive Service Center
• Store closed on Sundays!! Target hours of a normal work week as well.
Compensation (Guaranteed):
• Compensation $75,000-$90,000

Total compensation is combination of hourly, overtime, and bonus (varies in regards to bonus)
