Colorado Christian University is looking for an Enrollment Counselor for the Global Enrollment Center, located in Northglenn, who have the ability to recruit outstanding students who are looking to further their careers and education.
The Enrollment Counselor for the Global Enrollment Center for the College of Adult and Graduate Studies is responsible for a significant amount of phone work, one-to-one admissions counseling and facilitating information sessions. The primary responsibility of Enrollment Counselors is to use counseling, sales, and motivational skills and experience to effectively assist prospective student in becoming enrolled students.
The successful candidate will have 2-5 years experience in college/university admission, public relations, corporate development, marketing or other related industries. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required. Successful candidate will have the demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals, utilize proven marketing techniques, ability to manage time effectively with multiple priorities and work effectively on a team or as an individual contributor. Must have proven communication and organization skills as well as experience with MS Windows – Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Project experience with admissions software and contact management is preferred.
